A trio of timeless Arabian treasures in a single blend: baobab (Tabaldi) fruit pulp, ruby hibiscus flowers, and pure ground gum arabic. A drink of deep colour, with a refreshing, citrus-like tang and a smooth texture that brings together the best of all three ingredients.

Serving Ideas

• Baobab & Hibiscus Lemonade: Steep two tablespoons in one litre of cold water for a few hours, strain, then add the juice of two lemons, a little honey or date syrup and fresh mint. Serve over ice.
