Arabic Gum & Hibiscus

A blend of pure gum arabic tears and sun-dried hibiscus flowers. Hibiscus brings a deep ruby colour and a bright, gently tart flavour, while gum arabic adds a silky body that makes every sip feel fuller. A drink made for hosting, served chilled in summer or warm on quiet evenings.

• Soluble Fibre: Provided by gum arabic, the heart of the blend.
• Vitamin C & Natural Minerals: Hibiscus contains vitamin C, and the blend brings together calcium, magnesium and potassium.
• A Balanced Flavour: The refreshing tartness of hibiscus meets the softness of gum arabic.

Serving Ideas

• Chilled Hibiscus for Guests: Steep two-three tablespoons in one litre of cold water for 3 hours, strain, then add orange slices, fresh mint and a touch of honey. Serve over ice.
• Warm Infusion: Steep one tablespoon in a cup of hot water with a cinnamon stick for 10 minutes, and sweeten to taste.
• Sorbet or Jewelled Ice Cubes: Freeze the infusion with pomegranate seeds to garnish sparkling water or juices.
